There will be an Open Day at nursery school on Saturday 11 May from 10.30am to 12.30pm. If you can't make that day, please call an book an appointment for our Headteacher to show you round. The closing date for nursery registrations for the Autumn Term (September 2024) is Monday 20 May 2024. Please have your completed pack, including a copy of your' child's birth certificate, with us by then.
The Thames Valley Early Years Stronger Practice Hub is now fully working, providing support and training to teachers and educators in early years classes, settings, schools as well as our local childminders. Our Hub Manager is Gemma and admin is provided by Gen. You can contact them on HubAdmin@tveysph.org.
West Berks Council has confirmed that 15 hours of funding will be provided to 2 year olds of working families from April 2024 and 30 hours funding for 2 year olds from September 2025. This will be administered through the Childcare Choices website and will link with your HMRC account. Qualification is similar to 30 hours funding for 3 year olds - based on family income and with certain visa exclusions. Funding for 2 year olds from low income families will continue as before.
